"Frank Little is awesome! He provides pool tile at reasonable prices directly to the homeowner seeking to retile a swimming pool. I am not willing to pay the 200%+ markup that is given if you buy your tile directly through a pool contractor or tile distributor such as NPT. Frank had the same tile at (not kidding) about 1/3 the price given to me at the tile distributors. The contractors wouldn't even give me a direct tile price-they try to roll the price into their labor for even greater profit!  Don't get me wrong-everyone deserves to make a profit, but I'm not willing to pay the margins built into "retail price."
